Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at From The Soil. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory experience. Please read our policies on shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations carefully.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Area:

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.

Shipping Times:

Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote locations may take longer. While we work with reputable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pincode and a contact number. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the personal and delicate nature of our natural fragrances, we adhere to a strict quality and hygiene policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrances once they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a product that is in transit or is different from the one you ordered, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@fromthesoil.in.
  2. In your email, please include your Order Number and clear photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging.
  3. Our customer care team will review your request. If approved, we will initiate a replacement for the same product at no extra cost.
  4. If a replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.

To cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@fromthesoil.in with your Order Number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and at that point, the order can no longer be canceled.
