We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Due to the natural ingredients and artisanal methods used, please expect minor variations in scent, color, or consistency between batches. This is a hallmark of our natural products and not a defect.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The funds received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Our products are made from natural ingredients. However, we recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. From The Soil will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.

In no event shall From The Soil, nor its owner or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.
